We Enjoy Coming to the Office
We enjoy very much coming into the office. Our son is a kiddo that needs to know what is going to happen to him or what happens next and everyone always takes the extra five minutes to explain this to him. Everyone there is AWESOME!!

As a guy in his 60s, with unique dental issues and objectives, I appreciate that I dont’ feel like an oddball in their office. Also, my circumstances have required Dr. John to exercise as much art as science to address. Lastly, everyone is friendly and fun!

Accommodating and Great service
Both of my children have been to McDonald Orthodontics. My daughter has a beautiful smile and loved her experience there. My son is currently in phase two and enjoys going to his appointments as well. They love the staff and I appreciate the clear communication. My sons mouth is especially challenging and Dr. John has gone above and beyond to find the best solution to help him. They are willing to work with us on payments and helping us be able to afford the work needed on my sons mouth. They are a great orthodontic practice.
Above And Beyond Service
I am new to McDonald Orthodontics. I am an adult who is now ready to have that beautiful smile I have always wanted. I was so nervous coming in for my first consultation and the staff and Dr. McDonald were AMAZING. They listened to my concerns and really made me feel at ease. I was not treated like just another patient but as one of their friends that they were trying to comfort. Now after just a couple visits I am getting my braces on and I am actually excited instead of dreading it. I give all the credit to the staff. They are truly wonderful.
Son’s Smile is great
I am so glad that Dr. John got started early getting my son’s smile fixed! Unlike my over bite (that will now take surgery to fix because of my age) my son’s is fixed and he not even a teenager yet. I am so happy with the way my son’s smile is. My son glows when we talk about his smile and teeth. I would recommend getting children in as early as possible like Dr. John recommends. It is so much easier then waiting. And with the financial plans that they have it was so easy to pay for. Thanks again!
